When the country shut down due to the pandemic, many people viewed working from home as somewhere between a silver lining and a horrible situation.  Starting as a benefit, after weeks of isolation for some employees it turned out as a nightmare.

A recent survey by the Martec Group found that only 16% of workers were thriving working remotely.   So who should you bring back?

In the survey, they identified four distinct employee segments: Thriving, Hopeful, Discouraged, and Trapped Employees.

These four levels were differentiated by the seniority of employees, whether they were introverted or extroverted, and commute times.

When deciding whether to bring back workers, what is right for one company will not be the same for another and the same goes for employees. If you are able to ID where people fall on the spectrum and deploy a hybrid remote/in-office workforce strategy you will be able to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction. We can help!
